Skills/Responsibilities: Comply with health & safety regulations and company policies. Perform all activities in-line with customer service standards, department standards and company principles. Produce accurate quotations relating to the Mitsubishi Electric Ecodan Air to Water Heat Pumps and Ventilation range. Analysis of specifications and drawings to produce suitable equipment selections. Answer technical and application enquiries promptly, efficiently and in line with agreed service levels. Produce concise, well written, technical advice that consistently meet quality standards. Track, benchmark and develop technical ability on new and existing products ensuring the highest level of knowledge is maintained. Stay up to date with product developments, market and industry knowledge. Produce wiring and piping layout drawings as required. Training support for customers and account managers Support Internal and external stakeholders while promoting on customer centricity and offering a ‘market leading’ service. Achieve key performance indicators. Experience: Proven experience within Air to Water Heat Pump industry. Engineering degree desirable. Excellent understanding of refrigeration circuits, electric circuitry, water-based heating systems and their application. Knowledge of building regulations. Excellent customer service approach. Ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team. Problem solving and decision-making capability. HNC / HND / NVQ qualified (desirable). IT literate with Microsoft office packages.
